taking the Plunge

It all begins with an idea or a yearning to do something. I have found myself more and more over recent months wanting to take the plunge and delve into something new. I see these ‘itchy’ feet as a sign to take the plunge and try something just for me. My brain is racing and buzzing what could this chapter offer….. do I try out a new hobby? how about exploring a creative project or maybe I could finally learn French!

With this excitement and recognition that I am looking for new chapter and challenge comes the fear of taking the plunge. Being vulnerable with learning something and not knowing all the answers. To support me with this and keep my energy high and focused on not avoiding this feeling I am tuning into my inner voice. Making sometime to reflect and review where I am right now and thing about hat I feel I need. These questions and this reflection are key. They allows us the opportunity to carve out time to connect with ourselves and our own needs.

Taking the plunge is scary but it does not have to be reckless. Thinking and tuning into you before embarking on the chapter and challenge allow you to recognize you can support yourself through the changes, learning and growth.

Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve. So with this blog I send love, light and offer you the courage to take the plunge too!
